Elsebeth Baumgartner Conviction Upheld
By the 8th District Court of Appeals. If you're interested in the case, you're probably familiar with the background already. This is the Cuyahoga County case. This means she will have to serve the full 8 year sentence.

Wasn't this the lawyer that got into fights or something with the judge? I've read the pdf file, but the history of why she was in fights with the judge are missing. Can someone refresh my memory please,

Rich, Google her if you're interested in the history. She's got a long and colorful history with the Erie and Ottawa County courts.
