*Reference the state of the city address right after Kline makes a token denial about the sexual harassment charges, defends his statement by saying the city has conducted it's own investigation, and then indirectly stated that budget issues are more important than personal integrity and professionalism.

The commissioners need to do something with Kline. They can no longer ignore the red flags that are flying all over the place or they will have yet another lawsuit. Kline is a liability and it is just a matter of time before he is gone. There seems to be a double standard about honesty and who to have investigations on and when. One employee gets an investigation and the other gets away with just about anything.
If Kline is part of the problem then some of the city commissioners are the other part of the problem.
So what impact will the continued lack of leadership in the city have on the misguided and misdirected Marina Disaster Project?
Cross examination will be proving the dishonesty of Nuesse. I like to see Gary Lyons be called back up on why he didn't fill out the grant quarterly reports, Sams for his time card error, and Kline over his sexual harassment that isn't supposed to be mentioned because it is not part of the case Now I understand why the judge didn't allow this information to be submitted. How can the defense try this case when the certain privileged information is not allowed to come forward?
